Managing Partner
Radboud is the Managing Partner of Finch Capital. Prior to launching the firm, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company focused on Financial Services, Private Equity and M&A. He was a member of the EMEA Banking, PE and Corporate Finance Leadership. Prior to McKinsey, Radboud worked at TPG. Radboud co-founded 3 companies. He sits on the board of Fourthline, Goodlord, NomuPay among others, and until 2025 was on the Supervisory Board of Robeco.
General Partner
Aman is a General Partner. He joined Finch Capital from Nordeus, one of Europe's leading mobile game developers, where he started their London studio and was a product manager for new titles and Top Eleven, a game played by 150m users. Prior to Nordeus, Aman was at Facebook, where he led efforts in their mobile partnerships, distribution and ad network initiatives. Before joining Facebook, Aman was an investor with Accel Partners, where he was actively involved in various technology investments including Spotify, HouseTrip and Hailo. He was also a board observer at Supercell and Space Ape Games. Aman started his career at Credit Suisse, where he was part of their global technology group and was involved in various technology transactions including Ogone, a leading pan European PSP, as well as IPOs and capital market transactions for Interxion, NXP and Nokia. Aman graduated with high distinction from Kelley School of Business, Indiana with a B.Sc. in Finance and Accounting.
Mike joined Finch Capital in 2019. Prior to joining Finch Capital, Mike was a Senior Advisor with the High Potential Start-Up (HPSU) Division of Enterprise Ireland (the venture capital arm of the Irish Government) where he invested public money in early-stage technology companies (Seed & Series A) with a particular focus on SaaS, Deep Tech and FinTech startup businesses. Before Enterprise Ireland, Mike was a founder of a number of award-winning startups, including FinTech startup FundCalcs.com. He has also worked in a CTO role with a social e-commerce startup, as a Statistician with the global market research group TNS and as a Software Engineer with Basis Technology. Mike holds a Masters Degree from Trinity College Dublin in Computer Engineering and postgraduate qualifications in Statistics and Actuarial Science.
CFO
Johnny Harte is an experienced finance and fund management executive with over 30 years' experience across venture capital, private equity, financial services and technology. He has acted as CFO and advisor to growth companies and investment firms and brings deep expertise in fund operations, corporate finance, fundraising and financial management.
General Counsel
Frances is a Legal & Compliance Counsel at Finch Capital. She joined the firm in April 2023. Prior to Finch Capital she worked as a Legal counsel at a Scandinavian bank and before that she was an Attorney at law for more than 13 years. Frances holds a master's degree in Dutch Law (Business and Private law) from the University of Groningen. She also holds multiple post academic specialization degrees such as Grotius Insolvency Law and Financial Economics for Trustees from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Investment Manager
Eugénie joined Finch Capital in September 2021, bringing experience across venture capital, operations, and business development. She previously worked at Hambro Perks in London as a VC Analyst, and earlier gained operational and commercial experience at Serena Capital and Incenteev in Paris. She is also an Ambassador for Female Founders, supporting initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurship. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Durham University and a Master's degree in Management from London Business School. In addition, Eugénie completed Le Wagon's coding bootcamp in Paris, where she trained in building web applications.
Philip van Engers brings extensive commercial and operating experience in technology businesses. Prior to joining Finch, he was Head of Sales & Marketing at Dexter Energy, where he helped scale the company's commercial activities internationally. Earlier, Philip held strategy, business development and finance roles at Shell and worked at Nordian Capital Partners. He brings particular expertise in go-to-market, partnerships and scaling technology companies.
Associate
Joe joined Finch Capital in January 2023. Prior to joining Finch, Joe worked as an Analyst at Queen's Park Equity, a mid-market private equity investor focusing on the Tech Services, Health & Pharma and Education sectors across Western Europe. Joe holds a master's degree in Economics from the London School of Economics where his research involved an econometric approach to investigating the probability distributions of various asset returns. Joe completed his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Leeds.
Risk & Compliance Officer
Puck Hoogveld brings extensive compliance and legal experience from the investment industry. Prior to joining Finch, she worked at Egeria and ERED, most recently in legal and compliance roles for these firms. Puck studied Private Law at the University of Amsterdam and brings her legal and transactional expertise to Finch's investment and portfolio activities.
Rossella joined Finch Capital in March 2025. Previously, she worked as an Investment Analyst at an Italian venture capital firm focused on early and seed-stage investments in disruptive technologies. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Bari and a Master's degree in Finance & Capital Markets from AlmaMater University of Bologna.

Dick Harryvan is the former CEO of ING Direct, where he was involved from the start-up and formation of ING Direct and then led the roll-out of the business across the world. Prior to ING Direct he held various management positions in ING's Canadian and US insurance businesses.
George Coelho was a co-founder of Balderton Capital (formerly known as Benchmark Capital, Europe). Before founding Balderton, he was Vice President of Intel International and led all of Intel Corporation's strategic Venture Capital investment activities outside the U.S. Preceding that he was a founder of the group, which evolved to become Intel Capital. Prior to Intel, he held senior executive positions with Nomura Securities and UBS in Silicon Valley. Sample transactions where he has been an early investor include Broadcom and Citrix (US), PCCW (China), Trend Micro (Japan) and Betfair, LoveFilm, ZOPA and Wonga (UK). Coelho has successfully brought companies to flotation on stock exchanges throughout the world. Today these companies represent over $50 billion in market capitalization. Today he is a Board member of Tendril Inc. (USA) and Bern Stock Exchange-listed Aventron AG (CH), manages clean energy investor Good Energies' remaining Venture Capital portfolio and is founder of Quadia Ventures. He was previously Chairman of Octo Telematics (UK), the leading Global insurance telematics company.
