Prior to launching the firm, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and co-lead globally Digital Banking and was a member of the EMEA Banking Leadership. Prior to McKinsey, Radboud worked at TPG. Radboud co-founded 3 companies. He lead the firm investments in ZOPA, Fixico, Fourthline, Goodlord, NomuPay and BUX among others. Radboud is also a Supervisory Board Member at Robeco
